VARSITY TEAM OVERNIGHT

Includes December 8th hotel accommodation for player and team meals

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Varsity players will all take the bus down together from Cleveland on Friday, 12/8. Bus is scheduled to leave Cleveland by 1:30 pm for our 5:45 pm game. There will be a return bus to Portland on Saturday, 12/9 after our 1:00 pm game. If you would like your son to ride home with you that is fine, just needs to be communicated to the coaching staff before everyone takes off. NO ONE LEFT BEHIND IN EUGENE! 

-Coaches will only be responsible for players on the BUS RIDES and at the GAMES. Parent chaperones will take on responsibility for getting players around in Eugene, at the hotel, etc.

-Players will be rooming together at hotel. Players, Coaches and Parent chaperones will be staying at the Graduate Hotel Eugene. Chaperones will be responsible for driving players to/from games, meals etc. while in Eugene.

-Goal is to have a team dinner on Friday evening after the game and a breakfast somewhere Saturday morning. More details to come on that as we get closer to the tournament.
